Book Club: Club Diaspora
Centrale Bibliotheek Den Haag
Club Diaspora is a new book club for the Afro-diaspora in the broadest sense of the word. This includes people with roots in Africa, the Caribbean, and North and South America. We will be reading literature from the African continent and diaspora forms the common thread in our selection of books, poems, and short stories. Together, we will discuss the stories and knowledge within them. Club Diaspora is led by Daniëlle Zawadi and Nicchelle Buyne. They are writers, performers and book lovers. With the book club, they want to create a space for conversation and reflection on life in the diaspora.
